Husband and wife team Gianluca and Federica love good food and genuine products from their region, the Tanaro Valley (Cuneo). In addition to running the Trattoria La Curva in Ponte di Nava and their jam shop, they have adopted the Slow Food philosophy by processing Garessina chestnuts. They remain committed to promoting local products outside of the Tanaro Valley, made with passion and sacrifice by local producers. In their laboratory, they prepare jams and fruit compotes as an ingredient for breakfast, or to combine with cheese, meat and cold cuts, as well as “mostarda”, the Italian candied fruit in syrup, and pickles. The raw materials used come mainly from the Alta Valle Tanaro area.
