For the "Mountain equipment and clothing" category, the best proposals for technical clothing and equipment suitable for particular altitudes and climatic conditions were examined, for the safe use of the mountain environment in both summer and winter.
Each of the three categories in the competition was entrusted to a high-profile expert, who reported a shortlist of candidates chosen from the most interesting projects on the national and international scene.
The candidates in the "Mountain equipment and clothing" category were selected by:
ASSOSPORT: The National Association of Sports Goods Manufacturers is the reference point for Italian companies that produce and/or distribute clothing, footwear and sports equipment.
CONFINDUSTRIA DOLOMITI: The association representing manufacturing and service companies in the province of Belluno. Its activity is aimed at guaranteeing the centrality of the company as an essential engine for the sustainable and inclusive development of the territory and, therefore, for the well-being of its inhabitants.
GIS: Gis is the ski club of Italian journalists. It was officially founded in 1958, although its constitution dates back to 1934, it adheres to the Italian Winter Sports Federation and is constituted as an amateur sports association, recognised by the Coni.
SCIARE MAGAZINE: Sciare is a seasonal fortnightly magazine (from October to April) created in 1966 by its founder Massimo Di Marco. It is the official body of the AMSI (Association of Italian Ski Instructors) and media partner of Fisi, Fisip, Anef and major events such as Turin2006, the Cortina 2021 World Championships, the Eyof FVG 2024 or the recent Turin 2025 Universiade.
