A practical and sustainable product that avoids the problem of transporting drinks to high altitudes and of their subsequent disposal (or, worse, their dispersion into the environment), which at high altitudes is difficult and expensive.
The project of this group of under-30s is particularly fascinating because it concerns an area where innovations and paradigm shifts constantly follow on from one another: After the pre-batch cocktails, bottled or on tap, we now have a soluble drink in the form of a ball. This product is definitely worth keeping an eye on.
